
Last week I made myself a delicious sandwich. It was so good and so filling that I ate that same sandwich all week. Here it is, hope you enjoy.
Fixings:
Half an avocado thinly sliced
4-5 pieces of honey roasted turkey
A handful of alfalfa sprouts
Mayonaise
Your favorite multi-grain bread
Optional:
tomato and/or cucumber
Directions:
Slap some mayonaise on your bread. Put the avocado on first so that the mayonaise will keep it from slipping off the sandwich. Then put on the turkey and top with sprouts. Delish!
You know what's better than that? Having SOMEBODY ELSE make the same sandwich for you. Sandwiches are ALWAYS better when someone else does the work. True story.
